However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (904) 527-8663 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Free Delivery

Free delivery options are available, with free delivery it is only within 10 miles of any location and is only a drop off outside of the customers home. delivery window is 4 hours and you would have to be available within that window. we will not be responsible for any damages if they are not reported on the dropoff day.

Pickup

Customer pickup is available at the Blanding Showroom and Distribution Center, and the Avenues Showrrom and Distribution Center. Arrangement can also be made for customer pickup at our Orlando Locations showroom for a transfer fee of $20. Pickup at this location is available from 12PM to 6PM on Wednesdays and Fridays only. Please contact the Orlando showroom for more information.

When arriving at the Furniture Source location, follow the signs to the Customer Pickup drive-thru intercom. Please have your invoice number and a valid driver’s license ready to proceed with pickup.

Vehicle Size and Type

Customer is expected to bring an appropriate vehicle for their furniture pickup. We will not be responsible for unsafe loads. Furniture Source reserves the right to refuse loading an unsafe or undersized vehicle.

Scheduling Pickup

  • To schedule or make changes to your scheduled pickup date, please call one day in advance of desired pickup date. If you do not schedule ahead of arrival, you may experience a wait of up to one hour and your product may not be available.
  • All in stock merchandise will be reserved 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.

Assembly

Customer pickup does not include product assembly, quality inspection, or removal of packaging.

Premium Delivery

Don't lift a finger. Our team will take care of everything from assembly to cleanup, and we can be there as early as tomorrow—or you can upgrade to Same Day Delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Your order can be scheduled as soon as today.

DELIVERY TIMES

9AM - 6PM or 5PM to midnight*. A 3-hour window is provided the night before your delivery.

30-MINUTE CALL AHEAD

We will let you know we are on our way to your home.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

We assemble and inspect all product in our warehouse.

FULL-SERVICE ASSEMBLY

We place all furniture in the room of your choice. We assemble, mount hardware, plug in cords, and test to ensure all are working properly.

CLEAN UP

We remove all packaging materials and prepare it for recycling.

MATTRESS REMOVAL

If clean and usable, we will remove your mattress and donate it to our local centers.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Before we leave, our service technician will connect you with a Customer Care agent to confirm your satisfaction.


The following products in the mattress category have a maximum Premium Delivery fee of $79.99: mattresses, mattress sets (standard, low profile, and power/adjustable), foundations, power/adjustable bases, and bed frames.

Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery options are not available for purchases made through CITYfurniture.com.

*Deliveries after 5PM will incur a $29.99 upgrade charge.
**Delivery charges are calculated per zone to a maximum of $599.99.

Same Day and After 5PM deliveries are not offered in our Florida locations. Same Day Delivery is subject to availability at the time of purchase, and cut-off times for Same Day Delivery are subject to change.

What's not included:

  • We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.
  • Create a clear path and cover exposed floors on day of delivery.

You have 1 day to alert us of any damages or defects.

Any damage must be reported to Customer Care within one (1) day after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. For minor damages, Furniture Source will provide in-home repair service.

NEW! Delivery Appointment Confirmation

We will contact all customers by email, text, and phone to confirm their delivery date. You must confirm your delivery appointment by replying to the message by 12pm the day prior to your delivery date. If the appointment is not confirmed, the delivery appointment will be cancelled which could result in stock delays. Deliveries scheduled within two days will be automatically confirmed at the time of scheduling.
